Essel Finance has partnered with Bajaj Life Insurance & Bajaj General Insurance for distribution of their insurance products.

Ravinder Kumar Dogra

Mr. Dogra has over 27 years of extensive experience across finance functions of companies. At present, he heads business finance and is responsible for the financial management of the company.

He had joined Essel Group in June 1996 and in his last assignment he led the Group’s Corporate Finance & Accounts and Secretarial departments. Before joining Essel Group, he worked with Escorts Limited where he managed the whole Division of Escort Communication.

His core strength lies in developing accounting systems and managing accounts and taxation related aspects. He is also well versed in handling compliance measures with various authorities and departments.

Mr. Dogra is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Masters Diploma in Business Administration.

Mr. Aditya Biyani has over 16 years of experience in Mutual Funds, PMS and Insurance sectors. Proven success in streamlining operations, invigorating businesses, managing P&L and devising & implementing competitive strategies for expanding market share along with delivering/ sustaining revenue & profit gains within competitive markets.

He has worked with top multinational companies at the national and zonal level and has an expertise in channel sales, new business development, key account management, distribution network management and nurturing relations with clients and channel partners.

Before joining Essel Finance, he has worked with ING Investment Management as the Senior Vice President & Zonal Head for West, East and South (India) for 5 years and prior to that with ICICI Lombard General Insurance for 6 years as the National Sales Manager- Worksites Marketing and Cross Sell. He holds an MBA in Marketing from T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal and a CFA from ICFAI.

M.Ganapathi Subramanian

Mr. M.Ganapathi Subramanian has over 30 years of experience in Marketing of various financial products like Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance & Depository. He has worked in various market at the national level and involved the concept selling of Depository among the investors and created operational set up in coordination with NSDL for the processing of account opening, demat of shares and set up procedure for purchase and sale through Depository in western and northern part of India, and also in charge for coordination with the regulator and service provider.

He has worked in leading financial service provider in various capacities and responsible for the overall development including sales, operation and manufacturer relationship in south.

Before being part of Essel finance he has worked with Wealth Zone Financial Services India Pvt. Ltd. as director for 10 years. He was responsible for the turn- around of the company by introducing multiple products in the channel, and increasing revenue by operational efficiency. Prior to this he has worked with Bluechip Corporate Investment Centre for 5 years and with Integrated Enterprises (I) Ltd for 15 years. He holds B.com degree and cleared C.A and ICWAI Inter exams.
